These terms govern your use of the House of Kabeer website and any purchase you make through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Products and availability
We aim to describe and display every fragrance accurately. Colours and packaging may appear slightly different on different screens, and packaging may be updated without changing the product. All products are subject to availability.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Delivery charges and applicable taxes will be shown before you confirm your order. Payment must be authorised before an order can be accepted.
Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not mean the order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, pricing is incorrect, or fraud is suspected. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Returns and damaged items
Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective. Keep the product and all packaging and provide photographs when requested. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used fragrance may not be eligible for return unless it is faulty. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Website use and intellectual property
The website, branding, product names, photographs, copy, and design are owned by or licensed to House of Kabeer. They may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without written permission. You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorised access.
Liability and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the website. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published when you place an order will apply to that purchase.
